At the Edison Rental Agency we take pride in providing our tenants with safe, clean, well managed buildings at affordable rates. Our residence managers, caretakers, and maintenance department work hard to keep our properties operating smoothly and looking their best.
If you are a current or prospective tenant, the information below shall provide you with a brief overview of some of the more common issues you might want to review. This information is also available in the tenant Welcome Letter which you receive upon moving in.
On-Site Management
All of our properties have on-site Residence Manager offices which are open Monday to Friday 8:00am - 12:00 and 2:00pm - 5:00pm. There is also an emergency contact number which is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year in case of emergencies.
House Rules
Upon approval of your rental application you will receive a copy of the properties' 'House Rules' with your welcome package. This document outlines different rules and policies that are in place to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our tenants.
Emergencies
Our on-call maintenance personnel are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle building emergencies as described below. All other maintenance issues should be taken up through the Residence Manager during regular business hours, if an emergency service call is made for a non-emergency a fee of $70 may be applied at the discretion of the Operations Manager . In the event of a building emergency call the emergency number for your building.
